We are in Kigali, nine days into our 17-day #OnetouchLive photographic road trip from Nairobi to Bujumbura and back.
From what we have seen this far, we truly live in a blessed land full of beautiful landscapes and warm people with big hearts. More about that in a later post.
This week’s wallpaper was shot in Bujagali, Uganda. This is quite close to where the Nile flows out of Lake Victoria, as it starts its 6,500km journey to the Mediterranean. Mighty falls once roared here several years ago, before the Nile was dammed for power generation. The place still teems with abundant bird life with fish eagles, cormorants and king fishers in their hundreds making this their home.
