#OnetouchLive Amboseli – Part 1

Last weekend, we took our second photographic road trip of the year as Onetouch. We had chosen Amboseli National Park as our destination and crossed out two days and one night in our calendars for the adventure. After invites on social media, we had two vans with 16 photography lovers buckled up and ready to experience Kilimanjaro’s Royal Court.

We had a brief stop over at Emali started marvelling at the landscapes.

A few kilometres down the road to Oloitoktok, God started showing off.

I’d never seen Kilimanjaro in all its snow-capped glory like I did last Sunday.

After lunch at Sentrim Amboseli, we went on our first game drive.

Amboseli is famous for its elephants. We started seeing them immediately we entered the park, but we weren’t ready for what awaited us.

We saw a herd of more than 30, walking briskly from the swamps where they spend most of their days, to the woodlands where they spend their nights.

To end the day, God slapped us with a sunset that left no doubt as to who is King of Kings.

More about Amboseli next week.
